❖ Taromaryuu's Commission Terms & Service Guideline
By commissioning @taromaryuu (hereafter referred to as "I," or "me"), you ("the client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

✦ Usage Rights
➤ All commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use only.
↳ (ex: icons, wallpapers, profile pictures, personal sharing, social media, etc.).
➤ Commercial usage is not included unless explicitly purchased.
✦ Ownership & Rights
➤ I retain full copyright over all commissioned work.
↳ This includes the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
➤ Private commissions can be arranged upon request before the process begins.
➤ My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used for AI training or similar tools under any condition.
✦ Payment Terms
➤ I will begin working on the commission once payment has been fully received.
➤ Final pricing may vary depending on complexity
↳ (ex: detailed backgrounds, intricate designs, props/items, etc.)
➤ Payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation.
↳ Failure to do so may result in cancellation or reassignment of the slot.
✦ Process and Turnaround Time (TAT)
➤ Estimated completion time ranges from a few days up to 2 months.
↳ Depending on complexity of the commission and slot queue.
➤ Rush orders may be accepted upon request.
↳ Additional fees will apply based on urgency and deadline.
✦ References & Requests
➤ Clear visual references are strongly encouraged.
↳ Images are preferred over text-only descriptions.
➤ I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason
↳ Particularly if it does not align with my style, comfort level, or current workflow.
✦ Updates & Workflow
➤ Work progresses through stages with possible check-ins:
( Note that this may be minimal for SKEB / Surprise me commissions )
↳ Sketch approval
↳ Base colors / flat colors phase
↳ Final rendering review
➤ Client feedback is primarily accepted during sketch and base stages.
↳ Any later changes to the artwork are more limited.
✦ Revisions
➤ Minor edits may be requested after preview, free of charge.
↳ (ex: base color tweaks and small detail corrections in sketch stages)
➤ Revisions after approval stages (sketch / base color) are accepted, but may incur additional fees.
↳ Not applicable for SKEB / Surprise Me commissions
➤ Up to three (3) revisions may be requested during the approval stages.
↳ Not applicable for SKEB / Surprise Me commissions
✦ Cancellation & Refunds
➤ Full refunds are only issued if the cancellation is initiated by me.
↳ If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.
➤ I have the right to cancel a commission in cases of unprofessional, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior from the client.
↳ In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion, minus a service/time fee. Please remain respectful.
✦ Final Delivery
➤ The final artwork/files will be delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG format (unless stated otherwise)
➤ I may share a watermarked version of the artwork publicly for my portfolio and promotional use.
➤ No physical items will be shipped under any circumstances.
✦ Additional Notes
➤ Communication regarding art progress is welcome as long as it remains respectful.
➤ Leaving a review after completion is highly encouraged and appreciated, but is completely optional !
➤ Feel free to be open and chat with me! Don't be shy! I love being friendly and I am open to chatting with clients ^^
